Members of this committee annually review the Local Constitution and Bylaws, Operating Procedures, and Committees’ Terms of Reference. Members prepare the constitutional changes to be approved by the ETFO-WROTL Executive and general membership prior to implementation
The committee shall consist of the Second Vice President and a minimum of two (2) other members appointed by the Executive.
